What are the beverage options?

In addition to a la carte beverage options, we offer two additional pairings to perfectly complement each chapter of your culinary journey. Pairings may be pre-purchased when making your reservation or selected at the time of your reservation.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary considerations?

If you have any allergies or dietary considerations, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation at Concierge@sagradamia.com. While we strive to provide an extraordinary experience, the bespoke nature of our preparation may limit our ability to accommodate certain requests.

What is a Flexitarian Menu?

A flexitarian menu offers a balanced approach to dining, emphasizing plant-based ingredients while incorporating high-quality meat and/or seafood in moderation. It celebrates fresh, seasonal flavors, providing a mindful and nourishing experience that supports both well-being and sustainability.

Is "plant-based" the same as "vegan"?

At its core, our plant-based menu at SAGRADA is 100% vegan in terms of ingredients and preparation. However, we want to be fully transparent—some items may come into cross-contact when fried in oils also used for non-vegetarian purposes.  While we uphold vegan culinary norms in our ingredient sourcing and dish creation, those with strict dietary restrictions regarding cross-contact should take this into consideration.

Does the menu change?

Does the SAGRADA team encourage the use of psilocybin?

At SAGRADA, we approach the study of psilocybin with deep reverence, acknowledging its history as a sacred medicine. While we do not endorse or promote its use, especially for recreational purposes, we believe in fostering thoughtful conversation and understanding around its potential benefits. Our alignment with the Johns Hopkins Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research reflects our commitment to serious research and responsible exploration. We encourage all who engage with this space to do so with mindfulness, education, and care.
